4D Ultrasound is a 3 dimensional ultrasonography in real time. This technology has beome very popular with prosepective parents and grand parents and adds an even closer bonding of parents with their unborn child.

Medically, the 4D Ultasound is very helpful in identifying abnormalities in the unborn baby's face, lips, and palate.  The view of the valves of the baby's heart can be seen exceptionally well with 4D Ultrasound and any abnormality that is found with tradional ultrasound is even clearer with 4D Ultrasound.

We are pleased to provide 4D Ultrasound in our office and Lisa Jameson, BS, RDMS  who performs the ultrasound.  We routinely perform an anatomic survey at 20 weeks gestation and another at 30 weeks to follow fetal growth.
